Fresno County held their 12 Annual Real Estate Forecast event last week and the predictions from local experts is that multi-family, residential, commercial and agricultural conditions will continue to improve and that the spotlight shines brightly on all aspects.
“All the fundamentals are in place for a healthy 2015”, says Colleen Wiginton, President of the Fresno Association of Realtors. Yay ….. real good news!
Our market here in Kingsburg shows somewhat the same bright future. It is spring and the real estate business has started to pick up. March was a good month with 8 closings and it looks like April will travel along the same path. There are 17 Pending transactions in escrow now and some of those could close in April and spill over into May. With interest rates still very low at 4.5% – 5%, now is the time to sell and to buy!
For all you car buffs, this weekend is the Car Show from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm on Draper Street in downtown Kingsburg. There will also be a Friday night cruise down Draper from 6:30 pm to 9:00 pm.
Coming up on May 2nd is the Klaas Kids Print-A-Thon held at the Kingsburg Fire Department from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. This FREE event includes fingerprinting and photographs. Parents will also receive a FREE DNA collection test kit. There will be FREE ice cream, games, bounce houses, etc. This event is brought to you by the Kingsburg Public Safety Committee and underwritten in part by the Hilblom Foundation. Be sure and tell your friends, neighbors and relatives about this awesome event and bring the kids down.
