More Sold Homes …. Less Inventory & other stuff

April was a good month for real estate here in Kingsburg. We had 9 closed escrows which is certainly good compared to last month’s 5. Inventory is down again and sales prices are starting to stay steady with neither sharp increases nor decreases. Typically April is just about the most robust month for sales, so this last month is no exception. Our Price Per Square Foot (PSF) dropped a little bit, but not by much.
